Role Title: Client Account Associate Contractor
Role Summary: Serves as a resource to the Client Account Administration Team with an operational focus on supporting account openings, account maintenance and record retention.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Gathers client information from multiple sources and facilitates part of the client account onboarding within PCS and Pershing Advisor Solutions
- Conducts review and approval workflows to ensure completeness, accuracy of documents and compliance with applicable business and regulatory parameters
- Performs a review of account documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Facilitates client access to Investcloud and other online portals, Bank/Broker statements, tax reporting, prospectuses and others
- Works with the Client Relationship Team to address the on-going needs of client accounts and ensures changes made are properly authorized and systems are updated accordingly
- Reviews client authorization documentation and completes CG and external system set-up
- Coordinates the distribution of client documents, notice mailings, mass document up-loads and select external facing communications
- Performs record management functions on quality control reviews, indexing to the record retention system and monitoring overall retention activities
- Serves as support for any team projects
Skills/Qualifications:
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates initiative by identifying issues
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize their individual work and ensures it is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and analytical skills
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrates working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software and applies it to work assignments, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
