Recruiter
Description:
Partners with hiring managers to qualify contingent requirements.
Works with assigned suppliers to procure contingent resources meeting predetermined requirements.
Uses VMS tools to track candidates through all phases of the recruiting lifecycle, providing feedback to suppliers where possible.
Manages the onboarding lifecycle to ensure new contingent resources have met all requirements prior to starting an assignment. Works closely with team administrators as needed.
Ensures supplier compliance with existing Client program guidelines and practices.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Requires at least 5 years of broad recruiting experience.
A Successful Candidate:
Strong recruiting experience with emphasis on IT, Finance, and Investment Operations positions.
Understands how to research market data; understands the current market; experienced with role description and rate range research & analysis.
Vendor Management System (VMS) experience is preferred.
Financial/Investment industry experience is preferred.
Fits the CG culture; customer-focused and friendly; organized with high attention to detail; strong oral and written communicator; ability to communicate at multiple levels inside and outside the company.
