Customer Service Training Reform Project. Will be validating accounts and addresses making sure the data meets requirements and is labeled and number. Accounts are specific to certain exercises for example a pending turn on order that is also only one type of account there are 100’s of accounts. This will have to be done for all labs and exercises. Will also need to update participate sheets. Experience with LMS is defiantly a plus. Must have extensive experience with Excel, Access Database, SharePoint and Microsoft teams. SuccessFactors or SAP LMS experience would be a plus.4-6 month assignment Mainly remote might have meetings in Rosemead.
