This team receives updates from RPS and SHSV that relate to job aids the SHSV and RPS team use when processing. Create/write/update and post to SONI. The job aids are reviewed by the editors and the candidate would review edits and help implement these into SONI.
SONI- Holds the job aids, policy's, and guidelines.
Create process maps utilizing VISIO. This would be a big plus to have. Creates job aids using Adobe. It would be great to have Adobe skills but not a must.

Looking for candidates with experience with professional writing or business writing.
Able to write clear and specific job aids and content. Technology savy.
Ability to stay on task while being proactive, and able to manage multiple/competing priorities.
NICE to have:
If candidate has worked in the financial industry.
Experience working from home virtually is a huge plus as well.
Under general supervision, partners with business stakeholders and collaborates closely with creative and technical teams to write and edit online content for the Marketing Team.
Primary responsibilities/essential functions:
• Gathers and understands business and marketing requirements and goals in order to develop content and messaging strategy.
o Collaborates with business partners and project teams to identify and document a thorough understanding of business content and marketing requirements.
o Ensures web content and marketing strategies are in alignment with business goals and objectives.
o Keeps abreast and analyzes company, industry and regulatory changes in order to determine applicability.
• Writes and edits web content that meets project goals and end user needs.
o Produces content and messaging strategy documents, such as copy decks, dynamic messaging and promotional banners.
o Ensures online content complies with corporate brand standards, web style guide, legal and compliance.
o Collaborates with creative teams to ensure copy and design meet the business goals/objective and user needs.
• Participates in the development of content style guides, messaging strategies, best practices and processes.
o Contributes to the ongoing enhancements of the content, web tools and style guides.
o Partners with other writers within team and other departments to leverage and share ideas and make recommendations that apply broadly across multiple channels.
o Recommend a variety of user experience and content design principles, best practices and procedures.
o Reviews analytics on an ongoing basis to understand user behavior to recommend changes to content and messaging strategies.
