The candidate will be working on a team that is supporting 4 large business units. Candidates need to be technology savy, and able to map process as well as build processes.

The candidate will need to have the minimum of 5 years experience.
Primary responsibilities/essential functions:
-Supports business process management objectives and maturity road map
-Works with BPM Lead to support strategic and operational decision making and supports development of objectives and milestones related to maturing BPM program.
-Helps support execution of plan to meet goals, objectives and targets.
-Supports execution of the business process management framework
-Supports in building process inventory, including standard processes to build and maintain documentation / artifacts
-Identified as a BPM technology (Promapp) expert:
Executes technical training, ensuring standards and expectations are clear for business partners
Creates project plans for teams onboarding to BPM
Provides advice / guidance to process owners and experts
Supports process reviews prior to publication to ensure they follow agreed standards (depending on their reach)
Helps manage Promapp: user and security setup, process group structure and group stakeholders, links to other systems, and linking users and roles/responsibilities
Provides answers to all technical queries
Liaises with Promapp for assistance with technical queries
Supports the conversion of existing artifacts
Supports BPM data strategy, connecting data from Promapp and other data sources to enable robust data analysis using data visualization tools
Promotes a culture of process ownership with leadership and associates
-Educates leadership and associates on the benefits of PO disciplines and provides consultation on which values, behaviors and cultural reinforcements are critical to establishing a sustainable PO culture.
-Partners with leadership and associates to support and reinforce cultural change.
-Collaborates with others to socialize and develop BPM best practices organization wide.
-Creates artifacts to support sharing of best practices
-Helps to connect BPM efforts with process improvement initiatives to enhance coordination and communication between local business areas and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
-Establishes strong relationships with key stakeholders including business stakeholders and other department level BPM champions.
-Stays abreast of industry BPM best practices and proactively engages other interested CG practitioners to discuss, adopt and communicate capability enhancements.
-Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
