I have an immediate need for Level 1 & 2 Service Desk Analyst

Busy phone with 40 (daily average) plus tickets.

This is a Microsoft shop,
Must have, but not limitee to:

MSCE
LAN/WAN
Install and upgrade hardware expertise.
BYOD expertise

BSCS is desirable, but not required..

There is no VISA sponsorship for the opportunity
